Hendy Nissan Bournemouth

Nissan Hendy Bournemouth not accepted this booking which is made through secret service they said it's scam. They are not accepted major service even though I was booked major service through secret service

Booked MOT/interim service, left car at 8:45, they said it will be done by 17:30, an undate at 14:30 said car was in-work, arrived at 16:00 but car had not been started. Finally available by 17:35, after payment , I found that log book had not been stamped (I was asked to leave it on pass seat with the wheel nut), receptionist said that they don’t stamp for interim service, spoke with manager who initially would not use his “Nissan” stamp but after much argument he used Hendy stamp
