The staff were friendly and helpful and kept me updated as the work progressed. The garage service could not be faulted. However I booked through the web site which I found Confusing and there was no provision for service plans. Infuture I'll be phoneing direct to the garage because they are more informed about my cars history and better able to advise me of what is needed to be done.
