The communication was good I was kept informed of everything happening ..the bits that needed doing for the MOT were really expensive and when I got my car back it was filthy the steering wheel was full of oil and what looked like cigarette ashes..dont think I would return

Took car this morning and told to just leave key and write reg down, no check to see I was booked in or anything, called 3.5 hours later to see if done and they didn't know car was with them at first then said its going on the ramp now for the work doing and told be done in 40 mins. An hour later and told needs back brakes and pads doing, would be an hour, go down and this work not done, told come back in 30 mins, we just having lunch (at 3:40pm). Go back 50 mins later and still on ramp!

We sincerely apologize for your experience with us. Firstly we have an internal booking system with all your details, our staff were expecting your car on that day ( they crosscheck this from the registration of your vehicle). The delay on the day was due to several unforeseen circumstances. A few of our staff members were off sick, which contributed to the delay. Additionally, the parts delivered to us were incorrect due to an human error from our supplier. Lastly, as you noticed yes our staff were having their lunch very late, this is again due to the understaffing and volume of customers we had that day - this happens sometimes in garages. Regards HMC
