Dropped my car off at agreed time, staff seemed friendly enough, said that they would ring me when the car was ready. They phoned me about 3 hours later to say it was ready and all ok. After I got home I realised that the advertised "free car wash with every service" had not been carried out. Couldn't be bothered to go back but feel that if you advertise it then you should provide it! Also, not all of the required details on the full service schedule were completed. Not sure I would return.
