Booked an MOT test online with this garage and thought I'd ring to confirm drop off time only tonne told that they would not be able tomfit me in. When I explained I had received a confirmation email for the test I was told that had I have taken my vehicle to them I would have been turned away. He even told me that several people had done the same as me and been turned away on the day. You won't get a cancellation email either because the chapminspoke tomsaid he cannot alter online bookings!
