“Unhappy”

Dropped the car off told to come back hour later, car still wasn’t done upon my return. Was told car was being done but was done in 25minutes, was too quick for my liking and can hear something coming from car so not sure if the properly checked it. Will not be using again

Hi Charlotte Am sorry to hear your unhappy but your account of events is not accurate When you came back to collect your car you was informed that the DVSA platform was down which is totally out of our control You were explained this by the tester and asked if you still wanted us to test your vehicle. You said to carry on with testing your vehicle, as for your vehicle only taking 25 minutes this is untrue as when we log onto a vehicle it is dated and timed the same as when you log off a vehicle. This is all governed by DVSA on checking our records your mot test took 38 minutes which is an average time to carry out a mot test . As for your noise, an mot test is a basic road legal requirement and a visual check of your vehicle, we are not allowed by law to remove any part of your car that cannot be seen visually. A mot does not mean your car is without faults it means it meets basic road legal requirements. Please leave honest review
