Unhappy since full service didnt include pollen filter, fuel filter and other stuffs

Firstly sorry that you experience with us was not satisfactory. It is very transparant what is included in the full service, and the full service only incudes replacement of oil filter, engine oil and air filter. This check is very clearly accessible when booking the service and this form is emailed to us as well.
