hello mehmood, as we explained to you twice the blue light discount has to be applied when you make the booking as your payment has to marry up with what is booked in. We get people applying this discount numerous times each week however there was only yourself with this problem. I said you could book it in directly with us so we could apply the discount however you still decided to book through book my garage. Your review is not accurate, we gave you your keys back and informed you there were no issues with your vehicle it was squeeky clean. Your cabin filter is not replaced on the service you booked in for and you were not promised this.
