Only gripe was charged £50 quoted £40.00 when I booked

Our car was booked in for mot, we had confirmation to say it was booked in, when we arrived at the garage on the morning of the mot, the guy said he had no record of it being booked in and that the tester had gone on holiday the day before. We had to come away and find another garage to do the test which we did manage to do this was only last week Thursday 12 September, haven’t used this garage before and certainly won’t be doing again.
