As discussed this morning, prior to your review, we requested that the vehicle be returned so we could inspect the work carried out and investigate the faults reported. We take pride in our honesty, transparency, and workmanship, and would always rectify any issue caused by our error. However, we have not been given the opportunity to examine your vehicle, as you've taken it elsewhere. Our workshop has CCTV above the bay where your a/c regas was completed. After reviewing the footage, an item you stated was missing from your engine bay was not present prior to any work being undertaken. We are happy to review this footage with you. We are confident the re-gas is not related to the engine light or performance issues. We are awaiting for you to come back to us with the report from the garage currently assessing your vehicle and happy to discuss. It is disappointing that legal action has been threatened without any supporting evidence.
