I booked for a morning service and upon arrival at 8am, I was advised it could take up to 6 hours. The reason given was an extra software update and I did not have an option which I thought was rather draconian. The reception, who was polite, tried to placate me by suggesting they would expedite the process. Sadly the fact was that my car was still untouched in the car park after an hour. I left without carrying the service as I was unsure if I could trust them.

Booked car into a mot, no issues good price and service. Very happy. At the same time though I asked to speak to sales about part ex. Nobody available at time, booked in later when I collected the car, not available, left number for follow up call next day, no call. Caller again and sales person said will call back in 30 mins with the pt ex value….no call. Gave up after trying to buy a new car for 3 days and exchange for a Yaris at another garage. Ahame as had always had Nissans
