My car was in for a standard 12 month minor service at Glyn Hopkin’s Ipswich garage . The booking procedure was very simple and the chosen time and date was acknowledged promptly. I received the video health check within an hour of leaving the car at Glyn Hopkin and it was ready to collect at the agreed time. I found the reception staff both friendly and efficient.
