Dear Mohammad, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am concerned that you have not understood the information you were given. You booked for a gearbox service. We told you that the gearbox service would not correct the issues you were experiencing and advised a diagnostic was required. On the diagnostic we found the transmission was covered in oil and banged into gear. In addition there were fault codes in your transmission. All this and more is noted on your invoice. While I appreciate you would have liked the problem to be rectified with an oil change this is not possible. What you have received is an honest, best service and advice that has cost you the least amount of money. If we can be of further help please contact us. Best regards Team GRGB
