The staff are nice & friendly. However, it took almost 5 hours for my MOT to be completed, where i was hanging around waiting… Then it failed and the parts took ages to fit & they wernt done correctly so had to go back the following week. Just my honest feedback, hope you can appreciate that.

Easy to book. Had no idea that they had several sites, it would have been useful to have been told that on the phone and clarifying where I should go as it is not clear and wasted time (and stress) on the day. Not a very friendly initial greeting but after that all was well and the customer service improved. MOT went well and they were helpful when questions were asked. Would recommend.
