Dear BookMyGarage / Fast Fit LTD, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my MOT booking made through BookMyGarage with Fast Fit LTD (Unit 3 Moor Lane, Witton, Birmingham B6 7AE). I booked the MOT for 06/09/2025 and received confirmation (attached). My vehicle registration is MM71 AHK. On arrival, I found the reception closed, and only an employee present. I was told the garage does not carry out MOTs and that instead customers are charged £40, but only £20 is passed on — a comp

At the time, we were very new to the BookMyGarage platform and unfortunately didn’t fully understand how the booking process worked, which led to your appointment not being properly confirmed.
