The workmanship seems ok, no problems. There was a mix up with my booking. Although I had confirmation about my booking I was not booked in. I did book online which I was told that I should have booked by telephone. They did fit me in but I had no confirmation or certificate to say I had a mot. I had to ring up ask for a certificate. Usually I have found the garage excellent but I don’t know what had happened this time.

After booking was told needed to get rear seat repaired before mot or it would be failed, so took in day earlier then was told it was £120 just to look, this was never mentioned on the 3 phone conversations Seat sorted and MOT/ service passed Then we found a piece of metal that they'd snapped off rear seat Now we've an email saying there are critical repairs needed but there is no paperwork or anything on MOT certificate saying any work needed and they won't say on phone DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE
