Ok decided to try main dealer, very little paperwork received after service, even had to ask for mot, unsure if this was what i paid for no spark plugs , told my tyre inflator kit was ok, despite it being in my own garage, i have a spare in boot, probably not use again feel cheated supposedly a major service, i don’t think

I was overcharged for a full service. They agreed to provide a refund but it has been 4 weeks and this still hasn’t been received.
