Car was ready when I was told it would be and washed and had a vacuum which I wasn’t expecting. Only niggle was the talk through video was muffled and I couldn’t hear what was said but there were no issues anyway. Much cheaper than Kwik Fit and you don’t have to pay upfront. Will definitely use again.

This was my third year in a row for MOT and service at EH. Still a great service, fab price and the girls on the front line are very helpful and friendly as always. All went to plan, no problems as expected.

Booked on a Tuesday for the following Monday morning turned up up 8am to be told I wasn't booked in as they didn't have availability. Then said someone would have tried to ring me but no-one had. Had to leave and came home to then get a phone call 3 hours later to say they couldn't fit me in but they did have a slot in a month's time. Got my car from them and used them all the time before but never again absolute joke.

After looking into this for Darren I can see we have made some mistakes on our end and unfortunately let the customer down. I have advised how sorry we are and take full responsibility for the mistakes made. We will learn from this going forward and make improvements where needed.
