We sincerely apologise for your experience, and we will be contacting the garage to help ensure this does not happen again in the future. For clarity, when you made your booking, the confirmation email was sent to the garage at 09:30 on the same day, and we can confirm that it was opened at 09:31. Additionally, a reminder email was sent to the garage at 12:31 on 20/01/2026.
Difficulty finding parking space to drop car off. No clear signage where to leave car for service and MOT. Felt ignored on entering reception overpriced to fix MOT failure.So decided to take to another garage When picking car back up,given keys back with no indication where car was parked. Took few minutes to find.Unacceptable Customer Service .
