Overall the quality of service from Evans Halshaw Gateshead was very good, the service was done to excellent standard and was completed on time. However when complete I was asked to wait 30 mins to allow the car to be washed and valeted but when I arrived after 45 mins the car had not been washed and it was suggested I wait another 30 mins while it was done.
