For the second time with this garage I’ve booked via bookmygarage and for the second time I’ve turned up and they’ve had no record of my booking on the day. Despite this they managed to accommodate the next day with the same price and the customer service from there was great, helpful phone calls, repaired my car faster than expected and even washed and vacuumed. Cannot fault anything other than the booking confirmation. My advice is to ring after to check they actually got the booking!
