“Disappointed with my recent service at Evan Halshaw Renault Middlesbrough. I was supposed to receive a video vehicle health check but never did, with no explanation. My car was also returned uncleaned, which is the first time a main dealer hasn’t done this. Small touches like this make a big difference, and the lack of care left the experience feeling below expectations.”

My car was serviced in a timely manner and was provided with a clear report of the service /mot.

Booked a 2-hour MOT while-you-wait morning slot on BookMyGarage and arrived early. Dealership didn't honour this, & said I had to leave the car for the whole day. They couldn't even estimate when it might be done so I could plan my day. Waited around in hope, asked them to at least tell me when it went into the workshop but they didn't even do this. So wasted most of day in the dark, finally told car was finished late afternoon. So much for main dealer 'service', I'll use KwikFit next time.
