When I have had my car serviced and mot in previous years I always got it back washed and valeted but not this time have they stopped doing this

I was met at reception by a friendly staff member who explained everything to me. On collection of my vehicle I was surprised to find out it needed so much work done. The cost in my view was excessive. I will not be using a dealership to carry out the work.
