I was given a list of necessary repairs that I could choose myself and the option to pay online before collection. Very convenient and helpful staff. An extra thanks to the technician who worked on my car for keeping me informed of issues.

Decided to take my car to a main dealer for a full service and MOT. Disappointed when I came to pick the car up it had not been washed or hoovered. For me every time I have taken a car to a main dealer this has been done but not here. What makes it worse is the make of my car is what this dealer sells and I bought the car from this dealership.
