Went to get my wife’s car serviced they increased my price by about £40 and told my they don’t use book my garage anymore. I asked them why didn’t they call me to let me know, he snarled at me. No enthusiasm at all management don’t seam to care my other vehicle was damaged which is booked in for repair, I have no confidence in them. Waste of my morning off work. The car is now booked in else were now.

The staff at Evans Halshaw were fab, very helpful, they did the service in record time especially as my booking that was booking through your website Book my Garage wasn't actually booked since the dealership stopped accepting bookings through yourselves a month before.

Given that the service never happened as they had no record of it I cant leave a good review. When I contacted the garage to confirm the booking they said they didn't have it and no longer dealt with external services like Book my Garage. As such this site and the deals it has are utterly pointless and very disappointing. I had to find out myself as no word that they could no longer offer this booking was ever made to me. So this isn't a review of the garage itself but of this booking service.
