Where do I start? I turned up at 1pm for an MOT 'afternoon slot' (1pm to 5pm) to be told I was second in line for an MOT. At 4.10pm my MOT paperwork was brought through to the reception desk. I was sat 4 metres away. It took another 20 minutes for anyone to speak to me (since 1pm) and then another 25 minutes for them to work out how to make the card reader work. I left the building at 4.50pm for a job that takes no more than 45 minutes tops! I wished the ever growing queue a pleasant wait.
