Customers generally find this garage efficient and easy to deal with, praising the straightforward online booking, electronic check-in, polite staff and reasonable pricing. A small number of reviewers felt appointment changes could be handled better, with last-minute rescheduling and follow-up marketing calls causing frustration. Occasional comments also suggest that booking an MOT on its own, and the free car wash, could be made simpler, and one reviewer raised concerns about staff helpfulness and workmanship.
