Garage said they never get Bookmygarage bookings through properly so couldn’t book me in. Staff told me they keep raising it with management. So wasted journey

Efficient booking in process. Car ready within 4 hours as estimated, and it had a complimentary wash and vacuum too - bonus! Final charge was less than quoted - double bonus!!
