Good value MOT. customer service representative was not very welcoming or friendly. Better rep at pickup however the car had not been washed when I had been told it was ready to collect. I was offered a valet at a future date but declined as it is not convenient therefore I asked for a discount which I was given. I was told there was a slight oil leak but no further explanation therefore I rang later to ask for more info. I wasn’t satisfied with the explanation and wasn’t convinced about a leak.

I made a booking through my booking.com a week before Christmas, had confirmation that I had an MOT on Xmas eve morning. Turned up at 0900 and it was closed. No communication no phone call or email to inform me that they were going to be closed. Really poor customer service indeed.
