Disappointing experience with service/MOT. Repairs which were promised within a couple of days ended up taking over a week. Phone calls unanswered and attempts to speak to anyone in charge unsuccessful. Would recommend avoiding.

Staff were very friendly. Car service and MOT was pretty fast to be carried out. They forgot to stamp my service book but I took it in the next day and it was quickly rectified. Although free collection and delivery was offered through Book my Garage, the garage itself stated it would be £25 and so I did not use this - this needs to be altered online. I would use the garage again. Good customer service far outweighed these two small issues.
