I had made a booking through BookMyGarage and was provided with a quotation of £206.87 for the aforementioned services. After the completion of the checks and MOT, I was informed that no additional work was necessary except for a recommendation to replace the rear wiper. However, upon collecting my car, I was presented with a bill totalling £251.52, which is £44.65 higher than the originally quoted amount. This discrepancy was not encountered during my last year experience using BookMyGarage.

Hi. You were quoted £221.53 for the Service and £29.99 for the Mot. Not by us, by the website you booked on. Please Adjust your review accordingly. We only charged you what you were quoted. People are too quick to leave negative reviews without checking the facts first.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating, but after the service my car started leaking oil and quite a lot of oil because the filter hadn’t been replaced properly. I took the car back and they did solve the problem. It was fortunate I wasn’t travelling for Christmas as it would have impacted my plans. Overall I’m not sure I would be happy to use them again after this.
