Would have preferred a one hour booking slot rather than all afternoon. Apart from that, very good.

Contacted them after booking, had no record of it. Agreed to same price and have car ready for 1100. On day tried to charge me a lot more till showed them email from them. Said there was no record of car being ready for 1100 showed them copy of email said it would. Car not ready till 1245. MOT certificate 2k miles more which they did not seem to think mattered. Gave them score of 2. Contacted me Mon 17 Feb told them all this. Agreed not good and would get back to me. No contact after 1 week.

It was a last minute MOT booking and my first experience outside Bentley/Ferrari etc for many years and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The girl on the service desk was excellent, very informative, professional and gave several updates while I sat and waited. When the MOT was done she then presented the certificate along with a vehicle health a check and findings, then offered to walk me to my car. Obviously they invest heavily in their staff and it shows. First Class experience.
