Then I rang Evans Halshaw and booked it direct. Evan Halshaw were very efficient and helpful but I found the on line experience very confusing. BookMyGarage should not hijack the on line bookings.

Because BookMyGarage operates independently, we don’t have access to the garage’s internal records and we don’t intervene in any bookings made directly with the garage, whether online or over the phone. We can only see and support bookings placed through our own website. When we contacted you, it was to ensure you were aware that the service selected was a BookMyGarage discounted service, which can affect manufacturer warranty. We provide this information proactively to help customers avoid unintentionally risking their warranty. I’m sorry to hear the online experience felt confusing.
First time taking my car to this garage for MOT and a full service. Couldn't fault the whole experience. Very happy with everything. Definitely going to be using this garage from now on
No video of service taking place and was not woshed got both done last year. Asked for a valuation this didn't get done either was told to do on line which I had already done. I wanted someone to physically do a more accurate valuation ready for trade in. Not impressed this time.
