Itook my car for a full service and mot i had a phone call saying they cannot go ahead with the mot because they have found a leak feom the thermostat and wanted 524 to replace this before they would do the mot charged me £156 to diagnose a problem what wasnt there as i took it to a garage this morning and he couldnt find the leak and it passed the mot with flying colours so i paid a fee to be told about a leak what didnt exist im staying well away in the future .

Booked via book my garage. A full service on Vauxhall Combo van at £172. I asked for the fuel filter to be changed in addition, which was not on the servicing schedule, which added an additional £80. I didn't think that was too bad. Dropped it off and in a short time received the vehicle health check. The only thing highlighted was the coolant protector which I was happy to do myself. All in all good value.

I’ve used Evans Halshaw Grantham for service and MOR several times. Always clear on work, timing, and I’ve been looked after well both times with no nasty surprises. There’s a little table to work from should you need to, and free coffee is welcome. The showroom is quite cold due to the layout and COVID prevention so wrap up warm! Super friendly reception staff - thanks so much!
