Booked my car in for a full service and MOT, this was confirmed by phone and a reminder sent via text. My car was thoroughly checked over and I was called about my brake fluid levels before these were topped up. Car was cleaned and ready for collection within 3 hours, again confirmed by phone call - lovely reception staff too.
