Fantastic service today from Evan’s Halshaw Coatbridge taking car in for its service and have never used them before , firstly I went in the main showroom entrance (had no clue where I was going) asked a member of staff who jumped in his van and got me to follow him round to the service entrance as their ramp was closed… when I went back to collect the car, No hassle or sales gimmicks and guy walked me back to my car… lovely staff, great service at an excellent price!!

Wanted just over a £1000 to fix my car as I said no I would take it to my local garage, they said the could t fit me in For my retest which is absolutely shocking customer & also car was dropped of at 9 am for a morning test which the changed to the next day & I had to chase them at 4:pm to see when car would be ready

Good morning - im sorry to hear about your Experience at EH Ford Coatbridge - on the video health check there was a lot of dangerous items that the Mot Failed on, on the vehicle suspension work, Exhaust work, tyres etc, these were the costings that were priced for you to be able to get this through your Mot, once any work is carried out at your local garage a retest can be done with us as soon as you can confirm that all repairs are completed a retest is something we can do as a waiting appointment to recheck the failed item's - if you wish to go ahead with this please contact Marisa on 01236 707500 at any time Regards EH Coatbridge

Garage chosen due to location and cost. Additional charge added when we arrived due to oil - not sure if this was due to what we put on form but would think this should have been known when booked. Reception is very dated and whilst staff helpful the building itself is not very inviting. Work completed as stated and efficiently and all comms were good. Service book not completed and no stamp available when chased so need to go back to get that coverage
