Extra work after service and MOT passed. I authorised recommended work after a small discount offered to large price. They then shut without contacting me and well before closing time on their website. I was told someone would contact me next day when I called. Nobody called me and I was left with a ringing phone for 5 mins several times and 15 mins once. In afternoon I called again just before I was going to visit garage and they answered immediately and said my car was ready.

Poor customer service from start to finish. Service book wasn’t stamped, no apology just told to bring it back and the phone put down on me. £700 quote for 2 new tyres (that were above 4.5mm) as well as discs and pads. £180 from another uk wide garage a mile along the road. When I called to advise I didn’t wish for the work to be done, just the service, I was told “well just come get the car then”. Main dealers charge a premium price but this was certainly not a premium service.
