Hi there Simon, when the booking was made we need to confirm the booking as stated to be confirmed by the garage now when we got in touch we advised you that we are fully booked but if we get a cancellation we will notify you we have tried to assist you in all possible ways, but when we tried to contact you there was no answer although despite trying to schedule your booking, we were happy to help but is unacceptable to speak to staff rudley because of the booking that we tried to schedule, we are alway here to help customers but the understanding of not being able to assist you when we are fully booked to receive a negative review is very disappointing for when is demanded by customer when advised.
