We used ETB for tires a few years back and they were great. Since then, weve used them for MOTs, services and now for brake discs and pads. Every time, they have gone beyond expectations in their friendly approach to service, recommendations, suggestions and commitment to meeting their promises.The most recent experience was fantastic. They let us know early that there had been a delay in receiving parts, and so there may be a delay with the car being ready. Throughout the day, we received updates, but they were determined to have the car ready, and just before closing, they confirmed it was ready, so we were able to collect the car as promised and didnt need to cancel our evening arrangements.It is so good to finally have a car service provider who we can trust and rely on. We strongly recommend them!
