ETB Autocentres Bude

Booked in for 2 new rear tyres and wanted the two rear wheels moved to the front and the front wheels moved to the back. It cost about £100 more than expected, the tyres were about £220 and the bill came to £400. It took less than an hour to do. They used some sort of wheel clamp either to lift the wheel or for balancing but when I got home and checked my wheels the clamp had damaged one of the alloy wheels by cutting deep into the lacquer on the five spokes, manager not interested, no apology.
