We spent approximately 5 hours working on your vehicle, yet only charged for 1 hour to help keep your costs down. In addition, we applied a discount and provided further advice free of charge. The issue with your vehicle was resolved before it left our workshop. Despite these efforts to support you, part of the agreed balance remains unpaid. We always aim to be fair and assist customers where we can, but we also rely on fairness in return.
