Didn’t wash the car and in fact, left loads of greasy hand prints on my cream leather interior which they cleaned after I asked them to. The notes written on my report were not legible so I had to ask them what they said. They found some issues with the front and rear suspension arms which they quoted almost £1500 (inc VAT) for. I purchased all the parts for £349.90 online and a mobile mechanic charged me £150 based on the standard time it takes to carry out this job.
