I booked online through book my garage and was given a time. However once turning up i was advised they had no booking for me and that booking online does not work and that they also couldnt do my car anyway. However, he was helpful and advised a couple of companies near that would be able to & i have no booked in for next week.

I'm sorry to hear your booking wasn't a success, although we're unable to give a specific time with bookings, we can offer an option of AM or PM. I can see we contacted the garage by email and this email was opened by the garage. I'm disappointed to hear there was no record of the bookings. I'm glad to hear you did get some good advice and are booking in for the work on your vehicle.

I took my car for regas.I was charged £72 online but to be paid after the job was done. It was revealed that there was aircon leak and the regaling couldn't be done.It was recommended that I should take it to a garage to repair the leak. I wasn't charged a penny for their time. The staff is friendly and helpful
