Once finished My Winter Health check was explained clearly efficiently and what exactly had been checked. The Young man on reception was friendly courteous and helpful. I was unable to go for a walk while it was being done and that is where the young man guided me to the most comfortable chair and to sit next to the heater as it was an extremely cold day. Very impressed. Thank you Elite.
