Took my car in early, the guys were ready and prompt in taking details , keys and going-to-get-on-with-it attitude. Not made to feel like the woman who knows nothing about cars (I can change my own tyre and spark plugs by the way) which gets my back up. I was phoned back to collect car. Awaiting air filter though as this was not available for the service and call back for fitting (3 days ago). All in all good customer service. Will use again.
