Elite garages, Fareham , brilliant service , car left over night, MOT done before booked time, had to leave my van overnight when I collected car due to family emergency staff very helpful and understanding. Will definitely use them again through this site

Booked full service and MOT. Failed MOT on emissions, said probably spark plugs but their equipment wasnt good enough to diagnose. Took it to another garage and it passed emissions test, they said you need to up the revs with an Eco boost car. They said a full service should include spark plugs anyway. They also picked up a broken coil spring (I had told Elite that it was clonking at the which should have been another MOT fail). So I have paid for a useless service and a useless MOT. Disgusting.

Had problem with wet belt which they do not do, but recommended a garage that does and was affordable compared to the main dealerships.
