Didn’t even have my booking on the system, staff didn’t even know the vehicle was booked in for the appointment date. Micky mouse business! Extremely unprofessional wouldn’t recommend this experience to anyone.

Booked my car in for an MOT and full service. Easy to arrange and was contacted by Elite soon after to confirm the arrangements. All went smoothly on the day and the reception staff were friendly and helpful plus the price was very competitive. Would definitely consider using them again.
