The chap was polite and professional when booking in my van. I asked for all brake pads to be replaced as my van told me they needed done. Their price was good and they completed the job in good time. The only slight negative aspect was that the chap said he'd phone when it was ready for collection. He didn't phone, I got a text so wasn't looking out for a text and didn't see it for an hour later. Please inform customer you'll text so they know to check their texts and not wait on a call 🙂

I booked with book my garage for a next day MOT. Booking was confirmed but not accepted by garage. When I called they were unaware of my booking and had no appointments for over a week. The garage were honest. Book my garage is not reliable.

Reliable service, they do good work. Had services/MoT done by them for the last few years with no issues.
