While we do occasionally offer this service, we do not advertise it as a standard repair option because we cannot guarantee the quality, reliability, or suitability of used parts sourced elsewhere. During our discussions, we explained that fitting customer-supplied second-hand components would be carried out without warranty on the part itself or any related failures. As we could not provide the guarantees and level of aftercare that we believe our customers deserve, we advised you accordingly. We regret that you felt our communication was rude, as this was certainly not our intention. Our team always aims to be honest and transparent about what we can and cannot guarantee.
