Very disappointed to find this garage does not service Teslas even though I had received a confirmation email when booking. Person was very brusque when I turned up and said they had sent an email which was encrypted and in my junk. Not helpful

Hi Jocely, thank you for taking the time to write this review. Unfortunately, as shown on Book My Garage, we do not MOT Teslas. We email all our customers to confirm bookings made via this platform and have never had a problem like this before. I do apologise that the email went to your junk folder and you were not aware until you arrived at the garage. As we already display this information on Book My Garage and email customers to confirm bookings, we have taken the decision to contact bookings by phone as well to insure this misunderstanding never happens again. After you arrival at the garage I contacted Book My Garage to see if this information could be made my prominent but was told they couldn't.

Had my mot done only took 40 minutes from start to finish. Have used this garage before never any problems always friendly people will go that extra mile for you trustworthy as well
