Tried calling a few times on the day to clarify time. Every time I got BT call minder. It's hard to believe that the phone was busy every time. Much more likely don't like receiving calls. As a result I turned up to get an MOT in the "PM" slot quoted around 1.30pm. On arrival I discovered that MOT's finished at 1pm, meaning that I would have to arrive in an AM timeslot for MOT to take place. Please change your bookings to specific times, rather than AM and PM, whether service is included or not.

I had service done, week after a „check oil levels” warning popped up. I have pop the hood only to see the probe was broken… the tip of it was missing! It was for sure there before…. I had recommendation to change 3 tyres, which was fine… but one of them blew up on my was from the garage… coincidence? Also…. They have not even closed the hood, I have noticed it was open while driving from the garage which could end up badly!

Hi, sorry for the bad experience you had with us. You have raised few concerns which we would like to clarify. Regarding the "Check Oil Levels” warning, we did fill the oil level up to the recommended level by the Auto data i.e 5 Litres. Not sure how it was popped up but you can still come to us for further checks. We will sort this out. Regarding, broken Oil Dip stick, you have claimed that we broke it but it wasn't the case. The Dip Stick was already broken when you brought your vehicle to us. Unfortunately, we don't have strong evidence to prove that it was broken already. We have investigated with the Mechanic who was working on your vehicle as well. For that reason we can offer you replacement if this is okay with you. Lastly, regarding, the open hood, we apologise for this.
