Customers consistently praise DKS for its friendly, professional staff, swift turnaround times, and excellent value for money, with many noting they will return and would happily recommend the garage to others. Communication is a particular highlight, with numerous reviewers appreciating prompt calls and emails to confirm bookings, advise on work required, and notify them when their vehicle was ready. One reviewer mentioned a cancelled booking, and a small number noted that limited parking near the site could be improved, though neither concern appears to detract significantly from the overwhelmingly positive experience most customers report.
